We are losing closer to 25-30 a month (17 in the first 8 days of Sept), to other regionals, LCC, Majors and Cargo. It is about 50/50 between new FO's and CA's.

Rumors of contract by the end of this year (we have not even talked about section 3 yet) and more jets are abound in Nonconnah. Would you expect anything else to a new hire looking at no better than 11 day off for a long time?
