Usually there are some warning signs from people like this, though not always...Sadly, this will no doubt be an excuse for the TSA folks to come up with some more idiotic ideas.
As a 19 yr old, he may have been able to keep his nose clean so far, and not have had a record. He's obviously nuts, and will probably get a "psych sentence" somewhere so we can pay him to talk to some shrink about his "feelings" for the next 30 years.
TSA will no doubt take this out on flight crews. Say hello to the three oz bottles in the baggie again.
