Typically no law against copying a fee structure, it's not intellectual property. No law against competing.

No argument. I think it was a excellent business decision for the Legacies. We’ve seen this in history before with some carriers that no longer exist.

“No law against competing” Abort! Abort! JetBlue just got Jetscrewed from the judges ruling on the Clayton Act.

Sure was and I believe a large factor in the move to bundling fares by both carriers.
