With the build up of NYC (which actually has more roll call votes per rep than ATL), along with DTW and MSP, ATL is easily countered. Toss in the fact that SLC and LAX are much bigger than they used to be in relation, plus the build up of SEA, which was actually closed at one point closed by NWA, counters them pretty effectively.
