The process I think started around March/Feb. This is from the NY base. ATL, a bit of a different story. Shorter ranges to Caribbean than NYC. But as the NEO comes online in greater numbers they will supplant the vast majority of the Caribbean flying from the ATL 73 as well. Not as much as what happened with the NY trips but it will be significant.
NEO owns the non-stop carribean flying out of NY. It is gone from the 73 and will remain that way. NEO will own the majority of the transcons from BOS and NY and vice versa. Customers are very happy with the NEO. NPS is whehter or not a customer will recommend us to someone else. Surveys conducted on targeted emails to both our HVC and non-HVC trend very favorably for the NEO experience. There's a difference.
Dr Hotel Kilo, or how I learned to stop worrying and love the Neo
