At American you'll only get QOL through seniority and seniority only. While UA and DL have made significant improvements to QOL throughout the whole pilot group while honoring seniority during the last contract cycle, APA at American has not. Their philosophy is that seniority us the only thing that matters and unless you have it in your bid group you get none, zilch. Go to UA or DL if you have a choice.
