Just be consistent with your answers and be truthful. I honestly hope they keep as much testing as posible. Don’t think about algorithm, make some self reflection. Maybe you’re thinking about how to beat the system, not your real answers. Be grateful that you didn’t had to get the Knowledge, the cog and HR the same same day, like it used to.
There has to be some discriminators to filter people. And I know in 2022-23 we lowered our standards greatly. And is not the flying the issue, it’s the decision making, attitude and lack of studying procedures from some of the guys/gals I’ve flown with.
