Unlike some pilots, I support my FAs. I value their contributions and their work towards our companies bottomline. Along with gate agents and CSRs who are customer facing, it's important to ensure that morale doesn't drop too low. They have a difficult job and they aren't well compensated for it. The need some QOL some improvement to their work rules based on how the company treats them as well... The things I've seen what they deal with sometimes is damn near criminal...
