You had better believe they are going to start finding ways to operate around the margins of our contract. Having a good team in place is 100 percent in all our self interests. Dwelling on things like covid is counterproductive at this point.
they already are operating at the margins and the union hasn't done anything about it

making us use sick time- strongly worded emails
time to start using that due money to protect the CBA. Isnt that why they took the dues on the bonus without a vote by membership?
