We no longer have a CBA because they do not schedule us over 14 period
If passengers are late, westher, etc...and the trip is going to go over 14 we have every right to shut it down with no repercussions
They sure did at one time. I have flown with the pilots that left FlexJet because of this. It was not an everyday occurrence, but does happen. Also, FlexJets supposedly has a fatigue policy, but good luck using it in an "at will state". Either way, the NJASAP PAC got this soon to be fixed for our industry.
