NJASAP negotiated raises of the same percentage across the whole pilot group. Will you give NJASAP credit for when Covid happened no one lost their bases or 401k contribution matches? I think that’s where you fail to see the big picture. You were not there when that stuff happened. That’s where you see why having a union with a contract is good. I remember talking to a flex pilot during Covid on his go home day. He had a 16 hour duty day because of riding on project lift to get home. But it wasn’t his normal base. It was one of the 9 that he was given a choice of. He still had a 4 1/2 hour drive to get to his house after the 16 hour duty day. Sure flex would get him a hotel so he could drive home the next day but now he is commuting on his off day. I wonder if he is still there or has the same loving feelings you do for flex.
