Educated WAG, but probably working Halloween goes more senior on the CA side than FO, since most of the CA's have kids that are grown where as many FO's have elementry school age kids.
It's the one holdiday I dont GAF about being home for (unless it happens to fall on a weekend in which case I'm simply bidding the weekend off anyway).
