Nothing you’re saying is wrong the issue is you’re dealing with folks with significantly less time on property than you and age. For them it’s mostly ok, to be fair it’s been the same at a lot of the airlines I’ve worked at to include my
current employer.

That’s why when Alaska went first on the negotiations the best they got was an average up that was so well sold by the union (which the union is literally the pilot group) and not a true snap up like United and Delta have. The rates that the entire industry has currently is because of Delta and that’s not even trying to put them on a pedestal, I could go on for hours about how jacked up this new contract is that we have but it’s pointless because it’s what the majority wanted. It’s a classic we’ll get em next time argument by every darn airline, anyways you’ll take this personally and make some personal dig I’m sure and say why I’m here blah blah blah and that’s great I don’t care just like you don’t.
If you work here and say something these guys don't like they get super reactive and go for personal insults right away. Even if you show your work. There really are the same number of aircraft today that are flown by AS seniority list pilots as there were in 2019.
