I wouldn't recommend making a lateral move based on "planned" growth at UAL. You've already got 1500 behind you at 26 years old. Consider yourself incredibly lucky to be in that position at your age. IMO, stay put at DAL, continue to build that seniority and enjoy a very lucrative career.
^^^ this ^^^ my only caveat is if you want to be based in a city with a large domicile at United that doesn’t exist for DAL… then I’d switch in a heartbeat for QoL and take the possible hit to your end game seniority.
