I acutally just interviewed with RAH last week. They really are not looking to expand their pool and have just stopped calling people back. We got there and it was about 8 of us. One former ATA 737 CA for 9 years, a GIA CA and FO, a former Comair FO from the 90s (turned lawyer then back to aviation), and a former ATA 737 check airman (whose wife worked in scheduling), and my buddy and myself which are CFIs. We get there and started with paperwork (PRIA, job history), then Shane from HR showed a DVD on the company and made a lengthy powerpoint presentation on the company. Then we did the wonderlic and IFR written (basic stuff). Then moved the break room. The pulled all but 2 of us into the small rooms for the your test scores weren't high enough and mentioned to research the wonderlic test. The only two that remained were the ATA check airman and pilot-turned lawyer-turned pilot. From what I had read prior to the interview to not worry about the wonderlic and focus on technical, sim, and written portion. It felt very much like they were just going through the motions because they offered us the interview prior to the Frontier thing. Moral of the story wait until they start pulling some of the poolies in to class and then apply. Shane indicated they are still to recieve more E-jets this year and next. Hope this helps
