Personally I’d do what I can to not only help the more vulnerable pilots on property but preserve quality of life for a majority
Whatever concessions you ultimately agree to, ensure that they are temporary, snapback provisions with profit sharing attached. Last thing you want is to "restructure" your contract to save a few hundred pilots only to find out in a year or two the company is killing it and now your locked into refighting for an industry standard contract all over again.
