That happened to one person who was on probation before fedex alpa squashed it. Alaska did that to lots of people who had PRIA requests come in.
In addition to the proabtionary pilot that happened to there were some other unusual circumstances as well. One pilot called mid trip to turn in his two weeks notice with his Fleet Chief and was immediately replaced out in the field and DH'd home. Another pilot commuted in to start a trip, turned in his two weeks notice and was removed from the trip and sent back home.
