FWIW if I were a regional (or really any airline) recruiter and saw a resume like that I'd pass too. That screams of a person who is going to put themselves above the company and isn't going to stay long.
In all fairness, isn’t the point not to stay long at a regional? I also don’t see how trying to stand out in a competitive market (for his experience level) would be a screaming red flag, but I’ve never been the one to be in charge of hiring
