Stay at DL and enjoy a better career than 99.9% of airline pilots will have. When I was 26 I was a 5 year RJ FO still years away from upgrade working 95 hour lines and every weekend to make ends meat at $40/hr.........just enjoy the amazing timing you have had. It literally doesn't get better than what you have now, you will be a DL captain for over 35 years!
