I mean, with the amount of young people aged 25-32 UA has hired, I think it's a valid concern.

Hell I'm turning 30 in the not so distant future and I feel super behind the 8 ball. I've got a long ways to go before I'm remotely competitive for UA, and I can't help but feel the FOMO/anxiety of getting buried beneath thousands of upper 20s/low 30s guys and the potential stagnation that'll bring in the future.

Unfortunately my time machine is still broken.
