I dont get that. If it was he shouldn't be allowed to run. Personally I dont care. I dont see the issue.
problem was that J went a little nuclear stating he'd sue the union and tries to cover up the investigation.
maybe the answer is union work can only be for 1 yr with a yr on the line in between. These people get entrenched on the union teet and never want to leave.
