I think ULCC CAs in general seem to be getting class dates sooner than others in the pool. Good news is seems like generally CJO to Class dates sooner than for the time being is coming down.
I think the recruiters are smart to do that; the assumption has to be made that NK captains have irons in other fires and the sooner the class date, the less chance of them being lured away after the CJO is made.
