I think ULCC CAs in general seem to be getting class dates sooner than others in the pool. There were a lot of lower time RJ F/Os in the pool from early 2024 that had to swim for quite a while after the JB/NK merger was blocked and a lot us finally decided to apply. The good news is, it seems like generally CJO to class date waits are trending down. I Also know of quite a few higher time NK CAs recently hired so good news is its somewhat currently competitive again and a lot of experienced guys and girls are headed over
