The company will never care about any employee group. The problem is the union doesnt either. Did the company not already offer Alaska rates plus fixes to bidding seniority and DC with LTD? So the argumennt is what exaclty? Giving up on all that to get what? Rules that only help the top1% of Cpts in certain bases? Sounds like Toonster logic. Drag this on to the point where the company CANT pay the retention bonus and screw everyone so 10 pilots can horde all the VFNs.
