As you say, pilots need to bear in mind that, if/when the PBSPR (i.e., not a Silver Slip; those can only come via OT) show up, they're only worth 1.5x pay: single pay & credit [i.e., "normal" pay], plus one-half single pay, no credit [i.e., half of a SS' premium]. If/when they show up, I expect much gnashing of teeth from pilots who bid them expecting 2x pay....
