Yes...sickout over the Reno Air integration leading to a $45 million judgement against the APA that was somewhat forgiven by AMR during contract 2003'.
If my memory serves me correctly (and that's a stretch), but the APA was not fond of the acquisition of TWA. However as terms to agree with AMR, the APA was able to award their pilots with longevity credit for years on furlough, free reign to integrate the TWA pilots any way they wanted, and forgiveness on some of the $45 million judgement as a result of the sickout.

So why did you bring up TWA in this thread? This topic is about sick harassment - not previous integrations/mergers/acquisitions. What does sick harassment have to do with TWA?
