Nooooo... When I compared my pay rate at the final pay increase from the 2015 CBA to the TA proposed pay and it didn't even keep up with inflation, well that's all I needed to see. Add the cherry of the ridiculous 'Retro Pay' to the top of that Sundae and it was an auto-No.
