Rick7s you have a valid point that ASA or SKYW pilots should not be sent packing if the branded flying is lost. However there should be provisions in place that if those jets are are used with the INC for new flying, that those pilots have first rights over any new hire from either of the other tickets. ie no new hire for 1+ yr hire as means of cost reductions.
