basically 3 years now. I wonder how many more it will keep going? You couldn’t make up this level of a sh** show if you tried!! I still think there is zero interest on the company side for a deal. Why would they do it? Staffing isn’t an issue, and even if it was they can just go down the road that they started to explore before the hiring spooled down anyway. Make this place the new regional of choice. Hire CFI’s…get them a fresh 320 or 737 type…and let them bail when they want. Some will grow fond enough of the schedule to stay, but most won’t. Either way, they get to pay the cheapest rates possible and still have a steady pipeline of people to fly the jets.
