Sooooo, the reason we don’t have dates is specifically because the union did NOT present the comprehensive that the mediator told them to. That’s why we don’t have dates.
I am making some assumptions but after calling around I am very confident this is what happened. Ask our reps if the mediator told them to present scope, comp, etc and read between the lines.
