Yeah but that's the boomer mentality of the current day.
In 20 years when the younger gen x, millenials, and gen Z largely control the political arena it's going to be a different world that is way more accepting of removing the human element (partially, not completely).
Most younger people seem to get this, it's the 55 and up crowd who lives in denial over it. But that's okay, they won't be a part of the workforce when it happens anyway.
That’s a good point. It’s hard to predict the future though. That crowd of millennials and Gen Z may also be fed up with automation taking away good paying jobs. We shall see.
