No doubt it's peanuts compared to Corporate/Fractional way it's handled but I usually get 2 or 3 nights per month of credit. It adds up over a 30 yr career lol.
Never say no to free! That isn't bad actually. I think I didn't pay for a vacation until about 5 years after I left 91k, and ran out of points.
