We're not asking for detailed plans, just a glimpse into her vision for the airline.
I've been struck by the number of times she's said something to the effect of "this will be your airline" in the future. Now, obviously a career pilot will
long outlast any given chief executive, and I don't think she's, like, checked out or anything... but I am getting the feeling that she thinks her place is pretty temporary. My conspiracy theory is merger, too, or at least get as much lipstick on us as possible before we go to the ball.
The big X factor now is what happens with Spirit. Whatever their plan was 2 weeks ago, it's probably changed again again. Does Spirit draw down anywhere? Can we pick up planes? Leases? Gates? Bet the supplemental gets pushed out again.
