Meh, overblown. RU is fond of verbal bluster while they have no capability to wage a larger conventional war. A nuclear exchange would mean the destruction of russia, along with many other countries. I think what the Biden admin is doing is putting in helpful ( to Ukraine) policies that are not easily reversed without policical consequences, thereby helping them overcome the criminal acts by russia.
