In seriousness, Working at Hawaiian or Alaska is different than a Texas based anything. Culturally.
Woke only sells in very specific locations... Most of which can be easily identified by a popular red and blue USA map that appeared on Nov. 6th. Target has publicly divulged that they don't put their June apparel out in most of the red sections of said map. If Target wasn't so hypocritical, they would do the same in every store profit margins be damned. So my point is, corporations do the "cultural thing" when and where it'll turn them a profit. And avoid it when it'll cost them.

As far as culture in Texas, a quick stat look up would see that a place like Texas is ranked as one of the most diverse States in the Country. One of the lowest percentages of "white" population because I know what you're attempting to get at. Also ranks very high in terms of African American/Asian/Pacific Islander and Hispanic populations. It all depends on what "culture" you mean? But whatever it is, I'm sure there is plenty of that in TX. Living in a bubble, it is easy to just assume the "culture" of other places. Many in HI have been conditioned that way.

On another side, Hawaii has the lowest percentages of whites in the Country by far. Also the lowest percentage of Alaskans and very low on the list of African Americans.

I'd say Texas is very culturally diverse.
