It’s a programming issue that’s assigning trips out of order. Even using VAS is up to the company’s discretion.
Again, it’s been explained to you by multiple posters why using that provision as a local might not be advantageous. In the situation I was in, it would not have applied since the assignment came >2 hours after beginning my SC.
