Again, it’s been explained to you by multiple posters why using that provision as a local might not be advantageous. In the situation I was in, it would not have applied since the assignment came >2 hours after beginning my SC.
It's been explained to you that locals bennefit the most. In your case the harrassing calls would not have been made. VAS is company discretion changing the calulus is the reason for using NC. Programming errors are not my concern. They will manually correct the errors, or pay for the violation.
