I’ll have to look up that guidance from flight ops. I’m sure it’s in an update or memo amongst the many that they push these days.
If all the doors are closed, that’s the only trigger that allows me to get an out time. If all the doors are closed, it’s highly likely that everyone is also ready to push except possibly the flight attendants who will be ready momentarily.
I see no need to delay getting them an out time when it’s in my own best interest as well to get the pay clock started for all the work we’ve done getting to that point.
