I do know the people I have flown with that have flown the Dash say it is not. True, you have less automation and your flying lower so your stuck in the weather more. I'll give you that. But your flying also flying an airplane that is a lot slower. Id be willing to bet that a Dash is more forgiving than an RJ, especially if you get behind it.
