People with a boner for PRAP cash should probably reread our contract. When the CBP is finalized there is no PRAP cash. That was added as a stopgap until the CBP is implemented, and then disappears. It’s either PRAP, RHA, or CBP.

Even as an option now I believe it isn’t available until you are at a very high income level and then also add $10k to the RHA first.
