Even as an option now I believe it isn’t available until you are at a very high income level and then also add $10k to the RHA first.
Exactly when it's finalized like our contract says and we have a choice where our money goes. BTW if YOU read, you'll notice we don't even pay dues on PRAP cash for 2025 going forward until the CBP is fully implemented. I want what our contract states. That PRAP spill will go into our RHA (we already caved for those who feel they have too much RHA money with the PRAP cash but now they want all of our RHA monies gone for 2 more years), UNTIL the CBP is approved and in place.
No matter how you attempt to spin it, this is a rush job to get a CBP going that is not in the best interest of the entire pilot group and affects a great many people's financial planning. That's why we're voting. The MEC views it as a material change to the contract requiring membership ratification.
