These are always the two options after a setback.

Do you meet unrestricted ATP minimums? If not you should focus on that. Having an ATP will differentiate you from the sea of flight instructors trying to take the next step up the ladder. The biggest thing you need besides additional experience is a check ride pass. Hopefully you can find someone who will pay you for that but if not you might have to do it yourself.

Your career is not over until you give up and quit.
