I failed my LOE not once but twice and was asked to resign by my previous employer at the end of September. The first LOE was unsatisfactory due having issues getting off the gate, break down in CRM and busting a speed restriction on the STAR. Had a review sim, was signed off. Busted the second LOE for losing 400 feet in a turn with a autopilot failure while being vectored for the approach. I take full responsibility for both ride failures and if I could go back and change them, I 100% would. I have no one but myself to blame for being in this spot.

This is obviously the last place I thought I would be in. My only other checkride failure was my private pilot checkride. Is my career doomed? I've gotten plenty of rejections from 121s and haven't heard anything back from the 135 operators I've applied to. Given the current hiring environment, what are my options at this point? I've considered going back to flight instructing, but that does not show a "progression" from washing out of a 121 program.
