670 block time. Some months played the game a little bit and picked up “poor man’s premium” for year 1s, others hid out on reserve and did nothing. Live in base. Will try my luck at the normal premium game this year.

Not sure about days worked/days off and I’m too lazy to look but my quality of life is excellent and I love the flexibility we have in our scheduling tools. Solid crews overall and have a great time at work. Not a Kool Aid drinker but really do think this is a great place to be and I’m cautiously optimistic about the future here. If you don’t foam at the mouth for wide body flying or over airplanes in general, 10/10 recommend WN.
