Trying to book my PS to/from CQ and all of the aisle and window seats in the front half of the aircraft are not selectable. Oh yeah, it wouldn't let me select any of the reclining emergency exit row seats either. Who the Hell is instituting these polices - Did DAL hire Ebenezeer Scrooge himslef?

Two questions - is this IAW the PWA? DO these restrictions loosen as the flight date comes closer - currently 1 month out?
