Hey all, just got a CJO on 4 Dec followed by the dreaded PARB email later that day. I'm guessing it's because of a flag in the psych interview (I disclosed that I have a mental health rating from the VA when directly asked, never medicated and it was for a military-specific issue). According to the RST PARB group on FB, the pass rate is approximately 90%. I would think you stand a very good chance of passing based on the explanation they gave us on how PARB works.
As far as what's next, a communication from DL saying yes/no. Until they reach out, no action on your part (unless the letter says something different nowadays).
