CA is obviously wrong. Try filing another Crew Assist case, and cite PWA 23.S.9.b.2.b, "The pilot must be able to report for a rotation with a report as early as two hours after the start of the short call period". 23.S.9.b.2.d states "their line may contain a rotation with a report as early as two hours from the start of the short call period" Furthermore, "Report" is defined in 2.245 as "one hour before the scheduled departure"

If they still fail to do the right thing, file your STS. From what you wrote, 100% chance you get paid whatever your first FDP block+MU was, or 2:00 DP minimum.
Yep agreed. I've already filed 2 seperate crew assist pay claims citing the PWA references, both came back as "closed" with the already discussed here reasoning from CS'ing that is not correct. I also filed an STS last week as well. At this point and moving forward regarding this, I probably won't even bother to interact with CS'ing, per my initial discussion with the initial crew scheduler, then the CS supervisor, then our ALPA rep, and then to finish it off the two closed crew assist pay claims, it's not worth bringing CS'ing into the mix. Every single CS'er is going to look at this situation in the incorrect way.

For anybody who has seen this issue through to a pay-out, where are we seeing the additional pay? Time card, pay stub, PAS?
