yes, most junior guy who’s legal will get it. It does have bufffers built in if a trip is close to your duty limit, but if there’s more than an hour of slop, jr guy will get it.
Most junior pilot will get it WHEN they choose to run a solution. It's quite clear that they strategically delay sometimes in order to get their preferred solution. Attempting to figure out who will end up with the trip is an absolute fool's errand at this point.
