If it was single digit that would be one thing, but such a disparity shows a massive disconnect between the 'leadership' and the membership.
Some Reps need a check up from the neck up.
Why does that disconnect exist?
-pay disparity
-seniority (retirement very soon)
-generational
-greed/ self centered mentality?
-paid dues mentality
