For every 1 pilot that is willing to work their schedule/system in order to earn more/work less, there are 6-9 pilots who are content with just flying their awarded schedule, making closer to 1000 x rate. Of course for those pilots there is nothing in particular to boast about, so you see a lot less posts around the true average.

average 17.5 days off per month (a day on reserve is a day at work)
Only one 2 day GS (200% premium trip).
